I received the “Late Fall 2011” Urban Outfitters catalogue today, and opened it right up to this gem. I’m not going to bore anyone with another long-winded heavily vocabularized tirade about how retarded these UO photo shoots are, or why these depictions are unrealistic and unappealing to anyone actually trying to buy their products. (take a breath.)

Instead I just wanted to point out that this is literally an outfit my friends and I would put on as a joke, while getting dressed for a night out, and come out saying, “I’m ready!!” We’d all have a good laugh and whoever put on the poor excuse for clothes would tromp back into the bedroom to put on some Goddamn pantalones.

Maybe I’m wrong. This could totally be an appropriate outfit, for “late fall”…in the woods. I mean, she did adhere to the layer method, and is wearing a jacket. I better get my lacey leotard ready for action this weekend.
